My Help Grid is a platform that helps you organize and manage your service providers. The Service allows you to:

• Create and maintain a personal directory of service providers
• Store contact information, notes, and details about your service providers
• Share your service provider recommendations with neighbors and community members
• Discover trusted service providers recommended by others in your network

Organization information (including logos) for users with organizational email addresses may be featured on the platform.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on My Help Grid's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on My Help Grid's website

We use Supabase for authentication services. By creating an account, you also agree to Supabase's terms of service as they apply to authentication.

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), including service provider information, reviews, and recommendations. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third party's rights
• Your User Content is accurate and not misleading
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

My Help Grid makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. Further, My Help Grid does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any service providers listed on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMBHAAV LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON MY HELP GRID'S WEBSITE, EVEN IF MY HELP GRID OR A MY HELP GRID AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
